c777 Terms and Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Play

01Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to c777. The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the c777 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and account services available at c777.world and any associated mobile interfaces ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and c777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the c777 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you accept them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the c777 Platform.

c777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the c777 Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a c777 account and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the Platform. c777 takes age verification seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate safeguarding process. Any deposits made by a player found to be underage will be returned to the payment method used, minus any winnings generated.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active c777 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, c777 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeit balances, and cancel any pending withdrawals. Players who accidentally create a duplicate account should contact support immediately at support@c777.world to have the situation resolved without penalty.

Registration Accuracy

When registering, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. All information must be accurate, current, and complete. c777 will use this information for identity verification, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, and to process withdrawals. Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Verification Process

Before processing withdrawals above Rs 25,000, or at any time c777 deems it necessary, you may be asked to provide documentation to verify your identity. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID, along with proof of your registered payment method. c777 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all requested documents.

03Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your c777 account credentials, including your login email, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. c777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact c777 support immediately via live chat or email. c777 will investigate the matter promptly and, where appropriate, suspend your account while the investigation is ongoing to prevent further unauthorised activity.

You are responsible for all activity conducted on your account, including bets placed and transactions initiated, unless you can demonstrate to c777's satisfaction that such activity was genuinely unauthorised and that you notified us without delay upon becoming aware of it.

It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details up to date. c777 communicates important account information — including withdrawal confirmations, bonus updates, KYC requests, and security alerts — to the email address and mobile number on file. c777 cannot be held responsible for information not received due to outdated contact details.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

c777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa card, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your c777 balance within two to five minutes under normal operating conditions.

c777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — this is outside c777's control. You should check your provider's fee schedule before depositing.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to someone other than the registered c777 account holder — are not permitted. Deposits identified as third-party will be returned and the account reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed by c777 within 30 minutes for standard accounts and within 5 minutes for VIP Club members. This is c777's internal processing time; final delivery to your wallet or bank account depends on your payment provider.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Withdrawals above that threshold may be processed to an alternative verified method. This policy exists to meet anti-money laundering obligations.

c777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Repeated withdrawal requests processed on the same day may be subject to consolidation at c777's discretion to reduce processing overhead.

05Bonuses & Promotions

c777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The terms on the promotion page take precedence over any general bonus guidance in this section. If you are unsure about a promotion's terms before opting in, please ask our support team for clarification.

General Bonus Conditions

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, the following general conditions apply to all c777 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your c777 bonus balance, not your real-money balance. Bonus funds are used after real-money funds unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on c777 is 30x the bonus amount unless the promotion states a different figure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion states a different time limit. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute 10–20%. Sports betting wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 to contribute. The contribution table for each promotion is listed on the promotion page.
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is a breach of the single-account policy and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• c777 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reverse a bonus and any associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, in breach of promotion terms, or through coordinated manipulation.

06Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on c777 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, which are displayed within each game interface and betting section. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on c777.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the c777 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error — whether technical or human — are not binding on c777. c777 reserves the right to void and refund such bets, regardless of whether the outcome of the event would have made the bet winning or losing. c777 will communicate clearly in such situations and process refunds promptly.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, variant, and table. Limits are displayed clearly at each table or within each game before you place a wager. c777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified, without prior notice.

Payout Limits

Maximum single-event payout limits apply on sports betting markets. For cricket and PSL markets, the standard maximum single payout is Rs 2,000,000. For casino games, maximum payout limits per session are stated within each game's rules. These limits apply regardless of stake or bonus type.

Disconnections During Play

c777 implements a disconnection policy for live games. If a player is disconnected mid-round in a live casino game, c777's system will resolve the hand or spin according to the standard game rules at the point of disconnection. For sports bets, a disconnection does not affect an already-confirmed bet. Players should ensure they have a stable internet connection, particularly when using live dealer tables or high-frequency slots.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the c777 Platform. Breach of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, or using accounts belonging to others, to access bonuses, exploit promotions, or circumvent restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through coordinated play, arbitrage betting between platforms, or any strategy specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players during poker games or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage. This includes chip-dumping and deliberate losing to transfer chips to an accomplice.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an advantage not available to standard players, or to place bets at a speed or frequency not achievable by a human player.
• Money laundering: Using the c777 Platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. c777 is committed to full compliance with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without notifying the account holder in advance.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity or providing forged or altered documents during KYC verification.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been used for gaming activity. Accounts with active chargeback disputes will be suspended until the matter is resolved.
• Harassment: Using c777's live chat, table chat, or support channels to threaten, abuse, or harass c777 staff or other players. Such behaviour will result in immediate suspension of the in-platform communication function and, if severe, account closure.

08Account Suspension & Closure

c777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe when requested.
• Submission of fraudulent or misleading identity documents.
• Detection of patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crime.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement body.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, c777 reserves the right to forfeit the balance, including any real-money funds, after deducting the costs incurred by c777 as a result of the breach. Where an account is closed for operational reasons not related to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their c777 account should contact support at support@c777.world. Accounts are not deleted; they are deactivated. A deactivated account can be reactivated at a later date by contacting support, subject to KYC requirements at the time of reactivation.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the c777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphical assets, interface designs, logos, promotional materials, written content, and trade marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of c777 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform content.

You may not: copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any c777 software; create derivative works based on c777 Platform content; use c777 branding or trademarks in any manner not explicitly authorised in writing by c777; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to c777 regarding the Platform may be used by c777 freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

10Responsible Gaming

c777 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment. We take our responsibilities regarding problem gambling seriously, and we provide a full suite of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following tools are available to all c777 account holders, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases take 48 hours to apply.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be notified when the limit is approaching and logged out when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended until the limit resets.

11Limitation of Liability

c777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c777's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your verified c777 account at the time the claim arises. c777 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, lost profit, or speculative losses.

c777 is not responsible for losses resulting from: your failure to maintain account security; your failure to read and comply with these Terms; unavailability of the Platform due to reasons outside c777's control, including your internet service provider or mobile network; or decisions you make regarding bets and wagers, which are entirely your own responsibility.

12Privacy & Data

c777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a c777 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document.

c777 uses your personal data to: administer your account; verify your identity; process financial transactions; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; provide customer support; and send promotional communications (if you have opted in). You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by updating your account preferences or contacting support.

c777 uses industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect data in transit and at rest. Your data is never sold to third parties. It is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by law. All third-party data processors engaged by c777 are contractually bound to handle your data with equivalent security standards.

13Amendments to These Terms

c777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, c777 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered players by email or in-platform message at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect by contacting support at support@c777.world. Continued use of the c777 Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Minor amendments — such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to the payment methods table — may be made without advance notice.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and c777 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

For complaints that cannot be resolved through direct communication with c777's support team, the following escalation process applies: submit a formal written complaint to support@c777.world with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. c777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at this stage, you may request that the matter be referred to c777's independent dispute resolution process, details of which will be provided at that time.
